Heather Rebuelta

Heather is a business development and partnerships leader who leverages a foundation in venture finance and investing to grow businesses. She collaborates with startups to Fortune 50 companies, and has experience as a founder and board member of companies with up to $50M in sales. 

She built her financial discipline and ability to assess markets as an equity and debt investor at leading VC & PE firms and banks, including Silicon Valley Bank, Wells Fargo/Foothill Capital, Kayne Anderson, and Motorola Ventures. Her efforts resulted in 6 exits, including 3 IPOs and 3 acquisitions by strategic buyers.

Heather expanded her tool kit at Adobe and Logitech by honing her product mindset and customer focus as a business development and partnerships leader for a range of consumer products, and as a founder of an eCommerce business that has been featured in NBC News, Oprah, and People Magazine.

She works alongside product, marketing, engineering, and UX to create partnerships - many of which have been a first of its kind for companies - of new products and services. 

Heather's breadth of 45+  deals total over $100M and have ranged from strategic investments, product integration, licensing, revenue share and wholesale relationships.

Education

Heather earned an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Finance, and BA at UCLA where she studied Business Economics and Asian American Studies.
